TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Set out below are the terms and conditions that apply to all our services, whether made online or via a mobile device, by email or telephone.

 It is important that all customers review the Terms and Conditions before engaging into a purchase agreement with Tiger Lily Florist Ltd, as the use of these Terms and Conditions will prevail at all times and therefore when purchasing from Tiger Lily you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  The below terms and conditions may be amended at our discretion from time to time.

 These terms and conditions and those relating to them will be automatically incorporated into your contract with the Company once we have received full or part payment (as required) from you.

We have tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as short as possible and free from technical speech and as much legalese as possible

THE DETAILS
 

Trading name “Tiger Lily” means “Tiger Lily Florist Ltd”, incorporated company in England and Wales under Company Number 8683355 and VAT registration number 187 1391 84. References to ‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are to Tiger Lily Florist Ltd”,. References to ‘you’ ‘your’ in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this order.

 

YOUR ORDER, OUR PRODUCTS

Our collection is sourced around the globe to make sure quality is always guaranteed and with deliveries coming to us every week we always attempt to maintain a high amount of stock to meet all your order requirements.

We, Tiger Lily state our products are “forever lasting” as The Collection consists of preserved and dried stems, however Tiger Lily are not able to offer a guarantee against this statement as the dynamic of care is down to the individual customer to ensure which includes following the recommend care guide, which can be found either within your order or on our website.  If anything is  unclear in respect of the care of the product please do contact us for further information.

Tiger Lily take no liability for any damage that may occur to furniture or fittings when displaying and unboxing the purchased item. Please be aware some products have undergone bleaching or painting therefore these products may stain or mark certain furniture and fittings. 

 

DELAY

If in the unforeseen circumstance, given the sourcing of the products a delay may occur in a product or products to fulfill your order Tiger Lily may, at its discretion, change your delivery specified time frame. In such circumstances Tiger Lily will personally notify you, the customer via phone or email with a new specified delivery time frame or an alternative option to the product / products ordered. In this circumstance you, the customer can request a cancellation and a full refund.

CANCELLATION

Tiger Lily reserve the rights to cancel any order and issue a full refund at any time prior to delivery.

In circumstances where the individual customer, wishes to cancel a pending order you must submit a written notification of cancellation via email within the time period of 48 hours from when your order placed. Cancellations and refund request outside of this time duration will unfortunately not be granted. 

DELIVERY

Delivery time frames are specified during your payment process or within the product description on Limited Designs / Products tabs of the Company Website. Tiger Lily will always seek to keep within your delivery specified time frame however we cannot guarantee this if there is are circumstances with product delay, third parties or couriers and the Company will have no liability to you for such delay. Tiger Lily will update the customer, in writing, on any significant delays that fall outside of the delivery time frame period.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the customer receives a faulty, or damaged item/items please email us a photograph alongside your order number. All faulty items must be reported with 24 hours of receipt via email. Outside of this time frame Tiger Lily are not liable to amend or replace products, albeit Tiger Lily retains a general discretion to consider dealing with such an issue, on a case by case basis.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products returns are generally not accepted, albeit the Company retains a general discretion in this regard.  This does not affect your statuary rights as a customer.

Returns / Refunds will not be accepted based on the customer not acknowledging the details of sizing, colour, plume or care. All product details have been highlighted within all product descriptions; the customer should acknowledge this before entering into this agreement.

Our products are natural and have undergone either preservation or drying therefore every stem is truly unique. Due to the nature of our products, there can be a variation of colour and size of plume as the shown product online or if the product has undergone bleaching or painting there can be a colour variation. Each stem is natural and unique therefore every stem will undertake the preservation, drying, painting or bleaching process different.

Tiger Lily the supplier, detail the colour/ colours of each stem / design and sizing of each product within the product description therefore returns will not be accepted based on the variation shown on the received product to the product shown online or the individual not reading the details before purchasing and entering into this agreement.  

Tiger Lily Designs are all individually handmade by our own in-house florists. Every stem is truly unique this means each Design is Bespoke therefore there may be colour variation and stem placement difference to the Design shown online. Returns cannot be accepted based on colour or stem / design variation.

Tiger Lily recommend all Designs to be kept bounded as received and take no responsibility for damaged caused when the Design has been dismantled or tampered with by the individual customers.

 

RETURNS

 Tiger Lily take no responsibility of items being returned without Management contact prior nor will a refund be issued unless Tiger Lily have authorised the return  Item.

 Once the return has been authorized by Tiger Lily, Tiger Lily will organise a courier recall for the item/items back in their entirety from the delivery address as     stated   on the order.

  • The goods need to be returned at the customers cost, intact, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Organisation for a return must be made through the Management team.
  • A fixed courier recall charge will be taken from the order balance and the amount will be confirmed in writing to the customer in the return information the Company makes a written an alternative written agreement with the Customer.
  • An additional charge of 20% of the order value will be taken as an administration fee unless Tiger Lily have exempted this due to the nature of the return. Tiger Lily recommend all customers to take relevant images of the product and packaging before returning to Tiger Lily. 
  • The customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in the customers possession and the Company will not be obliged to provide any refund in circumstances where, in the Company’s reasonable view, a product has been damaged whilst in your possession before being returned.
  • Tiger Lily will not be liable for any items damages in transit, whilst being returned by you.

REFUNDS PROCESSING

Once your order has been returned to Tiger Lily the returned product / products, will be assessed and photographed before, during and after the assessment. and the details will be recorded on the assessment.

Once the assessment is complete Tiger Lily will deduct fees accordingly, with confirmed conformation sent back to the customer via email.

Once parties have agreed to the refundable amount the refund will be issued 48 hours.  We will send you an email with details of your processed refund alongside a copy of your return receipt for your record.

Note: Please allow 5-7 working days for your bank to show the funds.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Tiger Lily Florists Ltd trading as Tiger Lily is a UK company which upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
